• Waitlist: email you submit voluntarily.
• Technical logs: IP, user agent — via hosting/CDN for security.
• Analytics (if enabled): privacy-oriented, cookie-less stats (e.g. Plausible).

3. Purposes & legal bases

• Beta and launch updates — consent or legitimate interest.
• Security and legal compliance — legitimate interest / legal obligation.

4. FestyRoll app (party / LAN)

Party media is primarily processed on the local network on the director’s device/hub. We do not sell party content. In-app privacy will be updated at beta launch.

5. Retention

Waitlist emails: until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity, unless law requires otherwise.

6. Your rights
